We are seeking a full-time consultant with a background in consulting, business analysis, information technology (IT) and/or related experience. We have different levels for different positions, from 2 years of experience (consultant) to a Senior Manager with 15+ years of experience.
Basic Responsibilities:

We are seeking a full-time Change Management / Communications consultant whose primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. The Change Management Consultant will play a key role in helping projects achieve change initiatives, and meet business objectives. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
Responsibilities:

Apply strategic planning and change management expertise to facilitate vision and mission statements, organizational goals and objectives, and the supporting implementation plans.

Design and deliver stakeholder analysis, and communications to facilitate the execution of change initiatives.

Apply knowledge of organizational design, change management, and communications in support of key programs.

Facilitate project planning and execution per project guidelines.

Assist in the planning of the overall communication approach for the project
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process within a large-scale organizational

Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies

Knowledge of strategic planning, organizational design, change management, and strategic communications

Strong facilitation skills

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle and change management and communication is integrated in that plan.

Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal

We are seeking a consulting Sales Leader to help drive revenue growth in the Houston region. The title for this position is Senior Manager, and the role will office in Enaxis’ Greenway Plaza office in Houston, Texas.
Responsibilities of this role can be categorized into three major categories:
1. Business Development Enaxis will expect this person to drive services revenue growth for certain new customers within the Houston energy market. Enaxis may also look to this person to do business development within certain existing client accounts as well. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with other Enaxis leaders to define, sell and deliver solutions to meet customer’s needs relative to Enaxis’ service offerings. Specific account revenue goals will be included as part of the compensation model.
2. Engagement Delivery Leadership Enaxis will look to this person to manage the delivery of the projects within the accounts he or she brings in. This includes relationship management with the customer(s), overall project successful delivery responsibility, project profitability and follow-on engagement sales. Specific engagement delivery goals will be provided as part of the compensation model for the Partner.
3. Practice Development Enaxis will expect this person to assist its leadership team in continuing to build a successful team and culture. This includes helping to make key successful hires, mentoring staff and making the internal contributions required to create a steady foundation for the continued development of the practice. MBO’s for these practice development initiatives will be provided as part of the compensation model for the Partner.
Position Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to sell and lead successful delivery for consulting engagements in the energy industry

10+ years experience in relationship and solution selling into Fortune 100 customers

Track record of personally driving new client sales in excess of $1 million annually
